Good. James made his share of mistakes, but he knew that whatever he did, he would have to pay for it...Bradshaw doesn't deserve to ever get out of jail and should be ashamed for even trying. He and his "friends" took my brother from me. James was a son, a father, an uncle and my brother. These people took his chance away to walk his daughter down the isle. Who's going to help me when our parents get old? He can't see my children play ball or graduate. And no parent should ever have to bury their child. Even so, I forgive them, and my prayer for them all is to be right with God when its their time to go. I would not wish eternal hell on anyone and neither would James. We weren't raised that way. But I do hope their time on this earth is pure misery for them all. My family and I pray daily for the families of the murderers. They are hurting too. Hopefully they do realize how blessed they are to be able to visit their loved one in jail. To see their smile, to write them a letter, to call them on the phone. These are things that my family will never be able to do again. EVER. The things that Bradshaw and his "friends" took away from my family. God bless everyone involved. Also, thank you to the investigators and law officers for their time spent on this case.

our justice system has failed. i was personally involved with this case and if ypou 3rd crt justices were smart u wlda reversed his appeal denial. his trial lawyer in 1998, JIM HEWITT, is a damn liar. we had proof but D.A. henry garza didnt care. we had proof hewitt lied about advising nacho about his immigration penalties with a guilty plea, but nobody cared. also how can u rule that nacho and corey ross arrests and indictments didnt stem from same criminal instance? also, why is it that when kpd went into the residence that in the room they found cocaine in (which they accuse nacho of living in that room) why didnt they mention that they caught 3minors in the room snorting cocaine from a little baggie. this little baggie is the cocaine nacho was originally charged with. funny how theres no mention of this in any of the reports. ITS BECAUSE WHEN KPD CAME UPON3MINIORS IN POSSESION OF THE COCAINE, THEY CALLED THE PARENTS OF THE CHILDREN TO COME PICK UP THEIR KIDS, AND THEN THEY CHARGED NACHO WITH COKE POSSESION.how do i know this u ask? BECAUSE ONE OF THE MINORS WAS NACHOS LITTLE BROTHER AND HIS MOTHER WENT AND PICKED UP THE BROTHER WHEN THE POLICE CAKLLED HER AND TOLD HER TOO. yet no mention in any part of the file on this case. hmmmn. guess they didnt want to charge minors cuz they probably wlda just got time in juvenile hall. but , hey they charge an adult and get a conviction out of it , thats another notch on kpd's belt. if yall only knew what i knbow about this case ud be shocked at what a travesty of justice has been done to ignacio luna garcia.
